Sunko Water Supply Corp. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

On-Line Bill Pay

Sunko Water Supply is excited to offer on-line bill pay to our customers.  You can now pay your bill 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit Cards in the office, online and via our toll free number. Click on the Red bar to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started!  

You can call our toll free at 844-881-2187 and make a secure payment via the telephone. 

 

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Auto Pay

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Auto Pay, simply download and fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form located below and also in the Forms & Reports Section, and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a copy of your drivers license and copy of front/back of the card your are registering.  Please follow the link to our Auto Pay Policy for important information. You will still be responsible to report your meter reading each month for billing purposes.

 

Payment by Phone

You may pay your bill over the telephone using your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card.  Please make sure to have your account number, meter reading, and credit card information handy when you call.  This option is only available during normal office hours. 

 

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit/debit cards.  You may also deposit your payment into the drop box located at the fence in front of the Sunko WSC office.  When paying with cash, please have the exact amount as we do not have change for bills larger than a $20.00.  

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill and mail Sunko WSC a check. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days for the check to reach our office.  Please allow enough processing/mailing time so that it arrives at the Sunko WSC office before the 15th of the month to avoid the late fee.  Please consult with your bank for more information.
